HOW

THE SECURITY SYSTEM PROTECTS YOUR VEHICLE:

When the security system Is'armed:

The visual status indicator flashes

All

protected entry

pOints

and

sensor inputs

are

continually monitored.

When the alarm Is sounding the following events occur:

About

transmitter range

...

The

receiver inside your vehicle security system

and

the

remote

control

transmitter

are

designed together to

have

effective operating

range

100

feet during

normal

conditions.

Although

times

you

will

experience

range

greater

than

that,

there

are

certain

conditions that

will

cause

the

effective transmitter

range

less

than

you

would

normally experience.

Atmospheric

conditions

and

radio

inter1erence

are

just a

the

types of interference that
