STATEMENT OF USE
This socket tray is designed for up to 4 different
sockets and is to be connected to the eBUS port
of the Desoutter CVI3 range of controllers.
No other use will be permitted.
For professional use only.

EBUS CABLE ROUTING
It is possible to daisy-chain up to 15 accessories
e.g. socket trays, stacklights, I/O expanders on
the eBUS network.
●Before connecting, select how to pass the
cable:

Put the termination plug when:
-The socket tray is unique on the
eBUS network.
-The socket tray is the last accessory
on the eBUS network.

CONTROLLER CONNECTION
●Connect the eBUS cable to the bottom panel
of the controller (see below).
24V-1A is supplied from the controller to
power the socket tray.

1 Encoding wheel
●Remove the cap from the encoding wheel.
●By using a screwdriver, select the position
number of the socket tray on the eBUS cable:
(1-9 and A-F), 1 being the rst position, F the
last (F=15).
●Do not put the accessory in use when
the encoding wheel is set to "0".
●Put the cap back on the wheel.
SOCKET INSTALLATION
Internal centering of the socket
Pawn Ø ≤ socket M size Ø.
●Select the pawn and secure it by using the
screw mounted on the socket tray.

External guiding of the socket
●Select the tube, slide the locking part to block
it and tighten with the knurled knob or the
screw+washer provided in the packing box.

●If the socket is too short, cut the tubes.
●If the socket is too long, screw two or more
similar tubes together as shown below.

LABELING
Disassembly
●Loosen the 5 screws on the right side of the
socket tray as shown below.
●Remove the label and write the description
with a pencil.
Reassembly
Ensure that the seal is correctly
mounted.
●Add some glue and tighten the screws as
shown below.

SOCKET TRAY CONFIGURATION
You will need CVIPC/CVI CONFIG software to
congure the socket tray.
●Refer to chapter "I/O and accessories" in
CVIPC/CVI CONFIG user manual.

M5x20 screw supplied in the packing box.

PASSAGE DU CÂBLE eBUS
Il est possible de connecter en chaîne jusqu'à 15
accessoires sur le réseau eBUS, par exemple,
