wingandaleftwing.
After the side wings are installed, the top wing can be
installed. The tabs on the top wing slide behind the
bottomwingandthetabsonthebottomwingslidebehind
thetabsonthetopwing.
Onestepremainsbeforeyouarereadytoslidetheinsert
initsnalpositioninthereplace.Theareabetweenthe
wingandthereplacefrontmustbepackedwithberglass
insulation to provide a good air seal at the face of the
replace.Thisstepisveryimportantbecauseapoorseal
atthispointwillcausealossofdraftandcouldcausepoor
performanceoftheinsert.
Withtheinsulationinplace,goaheadandslidetheinsert
tightlybackintothereplace.
Theooroftheinserthasadjustingbolts.Theadjusting
boltscanbereachedthroughtheashdoor.Theboltscan
beusedtoadjustthelevelofthestovebyturningclockwise
to raise the corner of the stove, and counter-clockwise to
lowerthecornerofthestove.
Theblowersarealreadyinstalledinthesidewings,butyou'll
needtocompletethewiring.First,determinewhichsidethe
powercordneedstoberoutedfrom.Followthewiringdiagram
toattachthepowercord.Then,linkthetwoblowerstogether
withthehightemperaturewirethatisloopedthroughtheback
oftheinsertbody.
Placetheblowercoverretainerintheblowerboxasshown
below. Keep theretainercenteredto allow foreasierhole
location.
Next,usingthecornerclipsprovidedinthehardwarepackage,
installthebrasstrimontothelid.Placethelidontotheblower
boxandsliptheat-headscrewdownwardthroughthelid
andtightenitintotheretainer.(Repeatforbothsides)
Next,slidetheinsertintothereplacemakingsurethatthe
fronttaboftheueadapterisrestingontopoftheinsert.
Thistabmaynowbeusedasaguidetohelplocatethe
connectorbaseontheueopeningoftheinsert.Begin
slidingtheinsertinplacewhileguidingtheconnectorbase
intoitsproperlocation.Withtheadapterclosetocentered
onthetopoftheinsertbody,thehooksatthebacksideof
theadaptershouldpulltheadapterintopositionastheinsert
slidesback.
Ifneeded,youcanreachup
throughtheholeinthebafe
to guide the ue adapter
intoplace.
Opentheloadingdoorand
look into the rear of the
rebox.Noticetheholeleft
inthebafeoftheinsert.
This hole is to allow you
toreachintotheueand
grabthecross-memberin
theueadapter.

Oncetheueadapterisinplaceontheinsert,installone
buttonhead screw throughthe wing mountingange and
intotheholeontheueadapterguidehandle.Tightenthe
screwtosecuretheueadapterduringthecompletionof
theinstallation.
Afternaladjustment,placetheueplatebehindthebafe
andcovertheaccesshole.
Withtheinsertsittingonthehearth,installationoftheinsert
wingsisaccomplishedbyrstremovingthescrewsthatare
aroundtheperimeteroftheinsertfront.Oncethesescrews
areremoved,thesidewingsectionsshouldbeinstalled.
