Im Folgenden werden die unten aufgeführten Symbole verwandt, beachten Sie bitte diese
Hinweise.

Montage: Lenkerkit montiert
Zur Sicherheit der elektrischen Systeme sollte während der Montage die Batterie am Minuspol
abgeklemmt werden.
Bremshydraulikleitung vom Hauptbremszylinder lösen. Vorsicht:Bremsflüssigkeit darf nicht auf
Verkleidungsteile tropfen! Montage der Bremsleitung und das Entlüften der Bremsanlage
sollte von einer autorisierten Fachwerkstatt durchgeführt werden.
Griffarmaturen, Bedienungsarmaturen und Hydraulikzylinder vom Lenker demontieren.
Originallenker entfernen.

Vor der Demontage der originalen Gabelbrücke unbedingt Vorderrad entlasten! Auch ist es
ratsam, einen Blick auf Seite 3 zu werfen, da Kabel und Züge bei demontierter Gabelbrücke
leichter verlegt werden können. Gabelbrücke gegen Superbike-Gabelbrücke austauschen.
Zündschloss mit beiliegenden Buchsen (l=13mm), neuen Schrauben (M8x35) und
Sperrkantscheiben an der Gabelbrücke montieren. Diese Schrauben sollten zusätzlich mit
mittelfester Schraubensicherung, z. B. Loctite 243, montiert werden. Bei der Montage der
Gabelbrücke ist darauf zu achten, dass zuerst die zentrale Steuerkopfmutter mit ca. 15Nm
angezogen und dann die Klemmschrauben der Standrohre mit 20Nm festgezogen werden.
Danach die Steuerkopfmutter mit dem Drehmoment laut Fahrzeughersteller anziehen.
Vorgeschriebener Lenkertyp: LSL-FatBar, flach, Typ XN1
Neuen Lenker, Typ XN1 in den Klemmböcken montieren. Lenkerklemmböcke gleichmäßig
anziehen und nach Abschluss der gesamten Montage mit Anzugsmoment 25Nm festziehen.
Lenkanschlag begrenzen! Um die erforderliche Freigängigkeit für die Verkleidung zu erreichen,
muss der Lenkanschlag mittels beiliegender Distanzscheiben (t=2mm) begrenzt werden. Diese
Scheiben sind mit geeignetem Klebstoff aus dem Fachhandel auf den originalen Lenkanschlag zu
kleben.
Verkleidung: Das
Verkleidungsoberteil komplett
demontieren. An der oberen
Verschraubung des Scheinwerfers
die Buchsen (5mm) unterlegen
und mit den Schrauben M5x20
und großen U-Scheiben wieder
befestigen. Anschließend die
Verkleidung, wie unten abgebildet,
unterhalb der Linie abschneiden.
Dann die Verkleidung wieder
montieren und, gemäß
untenstehender Zeichnung, an der
Spiegelbefestigung unterlegen.

Kontrollieren sie den Freigang zur Verkleidung und zum Tank hin, dazu alle Griffarmaturen
zunächst provisorisch auf dem Lenker fixieren. Bremspumpe und Kupplungsstativ werden mit
Abstand zu den Schaltarmaturen montiert (siehe Abbildung). Das Bremsflüssigkeitsreservoir
wird mit dem beiliegenden Halter und der Schraube M6x25 am Hauptbremszylinder befestigt.
Kontrollieren Sie bei druckloser Bremse, ob sich der Bremshebel bis zum Griff ziehen lässt
und keinesfalls vorher Kontakt zu anderen Bauteilen hat!
Verlegehinweise für Kabel, Züge und Schläuche:
Gaszüge (1): Die Züge werden hinter dem
rechten Gabelholm geführt. Gaszüge bei voll
eingeschlagener Lenkung auf Leichtgängigkeit
prüfen.
Bremsschlauch (2): Montieren Sie als erstes
den Verteiler mit M6x25 an der Gabelbrücke
(Anbaulage siehe Bild). Befestigen Sie dann die
originale Bremsleitung unten am Verteiler und
die neue Leitung mit dem geraden Anschluss
vorne. Dann den gewinkelten Anschluss an den
Hauptbremszylinder montieren. Beachten Sie
unbedingt die separat beiliegende
Anbauanleitung der Stahlflex-Bremsleitung.
Kupplungszug (3): Kupplungszug, wie
abgebildet, durch die Aussparung in der
Gabelbrücke führen und hinter der originalen
Bremsleitung verlegen.
Armaturenkabel rechts (4): Kabel hinter den
Standrohren verlegen.

Armaturenkabel links (5): Die beiden Kabel der linken Schaltereinheit und des Zündschlosses
aus dem rahmenfesten Kabelbinder lösen und mit dem beiliegenden, kleinen, Kabelbinder
bündeln. Das Kabel zum Zündschloss mit dem großen Kabelbinder, wie abgebildet, an der linken
Zündschlossbuchse befestigen.
Den Lenker, bei Bedarf, durch Verdrehen in den Klemmböcken nachjustieren und abschließend
die Klemmschrauben festziehen. Nun die Griffarmaturen endgültig auf dem Lenker befestigen und
ausrichten. Zur Montage der Griffe je eine durchgehende Bohrungen Ø4,0mm bohren und die
Griffe mit den originalen Schrauben befestigen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass über den gesamten Lenkeinschlag Kabel, Züge und Schläuche
spannungsfrei verlegt sind und nicht geknickt werden.
Der Hochlenkerumbau ist nun korrekt montiert. Bitte vergessen Sie nicht, das Motorrad mit der
Anbauanleitung bei einer anerkannten Prüfstelle vorzuführen und den Umbau in die
Fahrzeugpapiere eintragen zu lassen.

Fitting: Mounted conversion kit
The battery ground should be disconnected before working on electric wiring and switches!
Loose brake-hose from master cylinder. Caution: avoid brake fluid on painted surfaces! Any work
on the brake system or bleeding the system should be done by an authorized dealer or a
qualified mechanic!
Remove handlebar controls, clutch lever bracket and brake cylinder assy and then remove the
original handlebar.

Assure that the front wheel is free from any load when dismounting top yoke, also have a
look on page 3 because now it’s easy to reroute. Then swap top yoke. Fit the ignition lock with
the attached bushings (l=13mm), bolts (M8x35) and corrugated washers at the LSL-yoke. Medium
thread-locking adhesive (e.g. Loctite 243) should be used additionally. To fix top yoke, first tighten
steering head nut up to 15Nm / 11lbf ft, then fix the slider-tube’s clamping bolts with 20Nm /
14.75lbf ft. Now tighten steering head up to the original torque, referring to the vehicle
manufacturer’s instruction.
Recommended handlebar type: LSL-FatBar, flat, Type XN1
Mount new handlebar into the clamps. Mount the handlebar clamps evenly and tighten them after
the fitment with 25Nm / 18.44lbf ft torque.
Modify the steering stop! To gain more clearance between handlebar and fairing you have to
modify the steering stop. Use suitable glue to fix the aluminium shims (t=2mm) on the steering
stop.
Fairing: Remove the cockpit-
fairing completely and fix
headlights on the upper
mounting points with spacers
(t=5mm), M5x20 and big
washers. Now cut the fairing
along the line that is shown in
the picture underneath. Then
remount the fairing and fit the
mirrors with distance pieces,
according to the drawing below.

Now you should check the clearance to the tank and faring, therefore you have to mount all
controls provisorily on the handlebar. Brake cylinder and clutch bracket need to be mounted
with a gap to the other controls (see picture below). Fit the brake-fluid reservoir with new
bracket and M6x25 on the master cylinder.
Assure (without brake pressure) whether the brake lever can be pulled up to the grip and
doesn’t contact any other parts before.
Instruction for rerouting cables hoses and wiring harness:
Throttle cables (1): Reroute behind the
slider-tube. Check throttle cables for free
movement on every steering angle.
Brake hose (2): Mount the manifold with
M6x25 on the top yoke (view picture for the
alignment). Then fit the original brake hose on
the manifold from underneath and the new
hose with the straight fitting on the front. Then
connect the bended fitting to the master
cylinder, as shown. Mind the mounting
instructions that are delivered with the
brake hose.
Clutch cable (3): Route clutch cable through
the top yoke’s hole and behind the brake
hose.
Right wiring harness (4): Reroute harness
behind the slider-tube.

Left wiring harness (5): Loose cables to the ignition lock and the left switch unit from the frame
mounted cable tie and bundle it with the attached small cable tie. Fix the cable to the ignition lock
with great cable tie on the ignition lock’s left spacer.
Adjust handlebar, if necessary and then tighten the clamping bolts finally. Now adjust the controls
and fix them finally. To fix the grips with the original bolts you need to drill a Ø4mm through-hole
on each side.
Make sure that no cable, hose or harness is bended and stays tension-free over the whole
steering angle.
The conversion kit is now completely mounted. Always check local laws and your manufacturer’s
warranty conditions for using aftermarket parts on your bike!

Montage: Kit Street Bike monté
Coupez le circuit électrique en débranchant le pôle négatif de la batterie pour protéger le système
électrique pendant le montage.
Démontez la durit de frein au maître cylindre de frein. Attention: le liquide pour freins ne doit pas
tomber sur les parties peintes! Le montage des durits de frein et la purge du système de frein
doivent être effectués par un professionnel.

Démontez les poignées, leviers, les contacteurs et le maître cylindre hydraulique. Puis, supprimez le
guidon d’origine.
Avant de procéder au démontage du té de fourche d’origine, déchargez impérativement la
fourche avant pour qu’elle reste sans tensions. Etudiez aussi la page 3, ceci vous facilitera la
pose des câbles. Remplacez le té de fourche d’origine par le té de fourche pour Street Bike. Posez
le contacteur d’allumage avec les entretoises (l=13mm), les nouvelles vis (M8x35) et les rondelles
dentelées contenues dans le kit. Utilisez également un produit de blocage pour vis, par ex. « Loctite
243 ». Pendant le montage du té de fourche, serrez d’abord l’écrou central à un couple de serrage
de 15Nm, puis les vis de serrages des bras de fourche à un couple de 20Nm. Serrez ensuite l’écrou
central au couple de serrage indiqué par le fabricant.
Guidon prescrit: LSL-FatBar, plat, type XN1
Fixez le nouveau guidon type XN1 dans les pontets. Serrez les pontets de manière régulière à un
couple de 25Nm à la fin du montage.
Limitez la butée de direction! Afin d’obtenir la liberté de mouvement pour le carénage, limitez la
butée de direction avec les rondelles d’écartement (2mm) jointes en les collant sur la butée d’origine
avec une colle appropriée.
Carénage: Démontez la partie
supérieure du carénage. Posez les
entretoises (5mm) aux fixations
supérieures du phare et revissez
avec les grandes rondelles et les vis
M5x20. Puis, coupez le carénage en-
dessous de la ligne, comme indiqué
ci-dessous. Remontez-le et fixez-le,
selon le schéma, aux points de
fixation des rétroviseurs.
