Important safety instructions

•WARNING: Misuse of the appliance could cause personal

injury.

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and

above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental

capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge if they have

been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the

appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

• Children shall not play with the appliance.

• Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children

without supervision.

• Keep the iron and its cord out of reach of children less than

8 years of age at all times.

• The iron must not be left unattended while it is connected to

the supply mains.

• The plug must be removed from the socket before filling the

iron with water.

• The iron must be used and rested on a flat stable surface.

• When placing the iron on its heel, ensure that the surface on

which the heel is placed is stable.

• The iron is not to be used if it has been dropped, if there are

visible signs of damage or it is leaking.

• The filling aperture must not be opened during use.

not immerse appliance in water / liquid.

Electrical requirements and mains cable

• Check that the voltage on the rating plate of your appliance

corresponds with your house electricity supply which must be

A.C. (Alternating current).

• Do not operate with a damaged supply cord or grommet, it must

be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly

qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

• Do not let the mains lead come into contact with the hot soleplate

of the iron.

• Should the fuse in the mains plug require changing, replace it with

a fuse of the same rating as originally fitted.

• WARNING: This appliance must be earthed.

Requisitos elétricos e cabo de alimentação

• Verifique se a voltagem na placa de sinalética do aparelho

corresponde à fonte de alimentação elétrica da sua casa, que

deve ser CA (Corrente Alternada).

• Não utilize o ferro se o cabo de alimentação ou o anel isolante

estiver danificado, este deve ser substituído pelo fabricante,

agente autorizado ou por um profissional devidamente qualificado

para evitar acidentes.

• Evite o contacto do cabo de alimentação com a base quente do

ferro.

• Se for necessário trocar o fusível da ficha, substitua-o por um

fusível da mesma classificação que o original.

•AVERTISMENT: Folosirea necorespunzătoare a produsului

poate cauza vătămare fizică.

• Produsul poate fi utilizat de copii cu vârsta peste 8 ani și de

persoane ale căror capacități fizice, senzoriale sau mentale

sunt reduse sau persoane care nu posedă experiență și

cunoștințe legate de acest tip de produs, dacă aceste

persoane sunt supravegheate sau instruite în ceea ce privește

utilizarea în siguranță a produsului și înțeleg riscurile implicate.

• Copiii nu trebuie să se joace cu acest aparat.

• Este interzisă curățarea și întreținerea aparatului de către copiii

nesupravegheați.

• Fierul de călcat și cablul de alimentare trebuie ținute

întotdeauna la distanță de copiii cu vârsta mai mică de 8 ani.

• Fierul de călcat nu trebuie lăsat nesupravegheat atunci când

este conectat la sursa de curent.

• Înainte de alimentarea fierului de călcat cu apă, acesta trebuie

scos din priză.

• Fierul de călcat trebuie utilizat și așezat pe o suprafață plană,

stabilă.

• Atunci când așezați fierul de călcat vertical pe bază, asigurați-

vă că suprafața pe care acesta este așezat este stabilă.

• Fierul de călcat nu trebuie utilizat dacă a fost scăpat jos, dacă

prezintă semne vizibile de deteriorare sau dacă prezintă

pierderi de apă.

• În timpul utilizării, orificiul de umplere trebuie să fie închis.

• ATENȚIE - FIERBINTE: Pot surveni arsuri

cauzate de atingerea părților și apei fierbinți

sau a aburului.

• AVERTISMENT: Pentru prevenirea

electroșocurilor, nu introduceți aparatul în

apă/lichide.

Cerințe electrice și cablul de alimentare

• Verificați dacă tensiunea de pe plăcuța de identificare a aparatului

corespunde cu tensiunea de alimentare electrică a locuinței

dumneavoastră, care trebuie să fie C.A. (curent alternativ).

• În cazul în care cablul de alimentare sau garnitura de trecere sunt

deteriorate, acestea trebuie înlocuite de către producător, agenții

săi de service sau persoane cu calificări similare, pentru a evita

orice eventual pericol.

• Cablul de alimentare nu trebuie să intre în contact cu talpa

fierbinte a fierului de călcat.

• În cazul în care siguranța ștecherului aparatului trebuie schimbată,

înlocuiți-o cu o siguranță de același tip ca cea originală.

• AVERTISMENT: Acest aparat trebuie împământat.
