TROUBLESHOOTING
1. No picture after powering the camera
- check if the power voltage is stable and if the connection was done properly respecting the polarity
- check the connection to the DVR or monitor

2. The image wavers
- check if the power voltage is stable
- check the monitor and other peripheral equipments
3. The background image changes continuously
- the uorescent lamp’s electromagnetic eld causes color roll. This is normal phenomenon of the cameras.
- reduce the number of uorescent lamps or increase the distance between the camera and the uorescent
lamps.
4. The image is unstable
- check if the power voltage is stable
- check all connections
CAUTION!
- Do not try to open the case of the camera. If the camera doesn’t work properly, please contact your supplier .
- Connect the power to the camera correctly. The power voltage, polarity and operating temperature must be
according to the camera’s needs.
- If you are using the camera during a lightning storm please make sure the ground connection is done properly
or disconnect the camera from the power supply.
- For quality images the power and signal cables should not be very long.
- Do not direct the camera to the sun or other source of strong light, to avoid image sensor damage.
- Do not install the camera near a heating radiator or other heat source.
Note: For optimal results we recommend using this camera with the following DVR: PNI House H804, PNI
House H808, PNI House H816

SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
1. La cámara no reproduce ninguna imagen después de la alimentación.
- Compruebe que la tensión de alimentación es estable y si la conexión de alimentación se ha realizado
respetando la polaridad
- Comprobar la conexión al monitor.

2. La imagen muestra uctuaciones
- Comprobar que la tensión de alimentación es estable
- Compruebe su monitor y equipo periférico
3. El color de fondo de la imagen cambia continuamente
- El campo electromagnético de las lámparas uorescentes provoca cambios de color. Este es un fenómeno
normal.
- Reduzca el número de lámparas uorescentes o aumente la distancia entre la cámara y la lámpara
4. La imagen es inestable
- Comprobar que la tensión de alimentación es estable.
- Compruebe las conexiones correctas
ADVERTENCIAS!
- No intentes abrir la cámara. Si esto no funciona correctamente, póngase en contacto con su distribuidor.
- La fuente de alimentación a la cámara debe ser muy cuidadosa. La fuente de alimentación, la polaridad y la
temperatura de funcionamiento deben cumplir los requisitos de la cámara.
- Si usa la cámara durante una tormenta eléctrica, asegúrese de tener una conexión a la mesa o desconecte
la alimentación de la cámara.
- Para imágenes de calidad, los cables de señal de alimentación y video no deben ser demasiado largos.
- Nunca dirija la cámara al sol u otra fuente de luz fuerte para evitar que el sensor de imagen se dañe.
- No instale la cámara cerca de un radiador u otra fuente de calor.
Nota: Para obtener los mejores resultados, recomendamos utilizar la cámara con DVR: PNI House H804,
PNI House H808, PNI House H816

VIGYÁZAT!

RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI
1. La fotocamera non riproduce alcuna immagine dopo l’alimentazione
- Vericare che la tensione di alimentazione sia stabile e che la connessione di alimentazione sia stata
eettuata rispettando la polarità
- Controllare la connessione al monitor

2. L’immagine mostra delle uttuazioni
- Controllare che la tensione di alimentazione sia stabile
- Controllare il monitor e l’apparecchiatura periferica
3. Il colore di sfondo dell’immagine cambia continuamente
- Il campo elettromagnetico delle lampade uorescenti provoca il cambiamento di colore. Questo è un
fenomeno normale
- Ridurre il numero di lampade uorescenti o aumentare la distanza tra la videocamera e la lampada
4. L’immagine è instabile
- Controllare che la tensione di alimentazione sia stabile
- Controllare le connessioni corrette
ATTENZIONE!
- Non provare ad aprire la videocamera. Se ciò non funziona correttamente, contattare il rivenditore.
- L’alimentazione della telecamera deve essere fatta molto attentamente: l’alimentazione, la polarità e la
temperatura di funzionamento devono soddisfare i requisiti della videocamera.
- Se si utilizza la videocamera durante un temporale, assicurarsi di avere una connessione di massa o
rimuovere l’alimentazione dalla fotocamera.
- Per immagini di qualità, i cavi di segnale di alimentazione e video non dovrebbero essere troppo lunghi.
- Non dirigere mai la fotocamera verso il sole o altre fonti di luce intense per evitare di danneggiare il sensore
di immagine.
- Non installare la videocamera vicino a un radiatore o altra fonte di calore.
Nota: per risultati ottimali, si consiglia di utilizzare la videocamera con i DVR: PNI House H804, PNI House
H808, PNI House H816
