Hinweis

■Reparaturen dürfen (außer beim Schlauch-
wechsel) nicht eigenständig durchgeführt
werden. Im Falle eines Schlauchwechsels bitte
das Gerät nur an der dafür vorgesehenen
Stelle öffnen. Hierbei stets die Originaler-
satzteile der Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG
verwenden. Damit wird sichergestellt, dass die
Sicherheit des Gerätes erhalten bleibt.
Richten Sie das Gerät niemals
gegen ein Körperteil, gegen
sich selbst oder andere
Personen.
Tragen Sie immer Atemschutz, eine
Schutzbrille, einen Gehörschutz,
Schutzhandschuhe.
Halten Sie das Gerät von Kindern
fern und lassen Sie es nie unbeauf-
sichtigt liegen.
■Nichtbeachtung und/oder Nichteinhaltung
der Vorschriften und Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
sowie der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und
Unfallverhütungsvorschriften können Personen-
schäden verursachen.
■Bewahren Sie das Gerät bei Nichtgebrauch
an einem vor unbefugter Benutzung gesi-
cherten Ort auf.
■Überprüfen Sie vor Arbeitsbeginn die ein-
wandfreie Funktion, Vollständigkeit sowie die
Betriebs- und Funktionstüchtigkeit des Gerätes.
Ein fehlerhaftes Gerät nicht verwenden.
■Vor allen Arbeiten am Gerät, in Arbeitspausen
sowie bei Nichtgebrauch, die Luftversorgung
unterbrechen.
■Den maximalen Betriebsdruck von 9 bar
niemals überschreiten!
■Keine brennbaren Flüssigkeiten verwenden
■Nur Original Würth Zubehör und
Ersatzteile verwenden

Bestimmungsgemäße
Verwendung
Das Gerät ist zur Reinigung unterschiedlichster
Materialien zu verwenden.
Das Gerät ist für die Verwendung mit Original
Würth Systemzubehör bestimmt.
Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als
nicht bestimmungsgemäß.
■Bitte verwenden Sie ausschließlich folgende
Würth Reiniger im Mischungsverhältnis 1:20:
• Würth BMF Reiniger
Art. 0893 118 2/3/4
• Würth R1 Universalreiniger
Art. 0893 125 005 (020/060)
Grundsätzlich keine sicherheitsrelevanten
Bauteile reinigen!
Für Schäden bei nicht bestimmungsgemä-
ßer Verwendung haftet der Benutzer.
Bedienung
■Entfernen Sie losen Schmutz von der zu reini-
genden Fläche (bürsten oder saugen).
■Wichtig: Halten Sie mit der Reinigungstülle nur
3-5 cm Abstand von der zu reinigenden Fläche.
■Zum Entfernen von eventuell verbliebener Feuch-
tigkeit, wischen Sie mit einem trockenen Tuch
über die gereinigte Fläche.
Hinweis
Zur optimalen Leistung, benötigt das
Gerät einen konstanten Luftdruck von
8 bar.
Wartung / Pege [Abb. I]
■Die Pistole täglich an der angegeben Stelle
(2-3Tropfen) mit einem dünnüssigen Öl (Würth
Wartungsöl Multi Art. 0893 055 40) ölen.
■Beim Schlauchwechsel (dünner Innenschlauch)
nur an der vorgegebenen Stelle aufschrauben.
■Luftdurchlass [1] auf ON stellen.
■Zur Reinigung ausschließlich BMF Reiniger / R1
Reiniger verwenden!
■Niemals den Motorblock [2] des Geräts
zerlegen.
Umwelthinweise
Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in
den normalen Hausmüll. Entsorgen
Sie das Gerät über einen zugelasse-
nen Entsorgungsbetrieb oder über
Ihre kommunale Entsorgungseinrich-
tung. Beachten Sie die aktuell
geltenden Vorschriften. Setzen Sie
sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung
in Verbindung. Führen Sie alle Verpackungsmateria-
lien einer umweltgerechten Entsorgung zu.

FAQ
Was mache ich, wenn das Gerät zum Still-
stand kommt?
■Steht der Luftdurchlass auf ON?
■Wurde die Pistole regelmäßig gewartet? Falls
nicht, bitte warten Sie das Gerät entsprechend
den Wartungshinweisen.
■Wurde ausschließlich Würth BMF-Reiniger
bzw. Würth R1 Reiniger (Verhältnis Reiniger zu
Wasser 1:20) verwendet?
■Ist der Ansaugschlauch noch in Ordnung?
■Ist der materialführende Innenschlauch noch in
Ordnung?
■Sollte das Gerät anschließend immer noch nicht
funktionieren, senden Sie es bitte zur Reparatur
in unseren masterService ein.
Muss das Gerät gewartet werden?
■Ja! Bitte befolgen Sie hierfür die Wartungsan-
weisungen, die ebenfalls in dieser Betriebsanlei-
tung aufgezeigt sind.
Wie nehme ich einen Schlauchwechsel vor
(materialführender Innenschlauch)?
■Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät nicht mehr
angeschlossen ist
■Öffnen Sie das Ende des Motorblockes, wie in
den Wartungsanweisungen aufgezeigt
■Schrauben Sie den materialführenden Innen-
schlauch vorsichtig auf
■Schrauben Sie an gleicher Stelle den neuen
materialführenden Innenschlauch ein
■Setzen Sie vorsichtig den Motorblock wieder
auf. Stellen Sie dabei sicher, dass der dünne
Innenschlauch durch die Düse durchgeht
■Schrauben Sie den Motorblock anschließend
wieder gut zu
■Schneiden Sie ggf. den überstehenden Teil des
Schlauches ab, sodass Schlauch und rote Alumi-
niumhülse die gleiche Länge haben
Sind Ersatzteile vorhanden?
■Ja, folgende Ersatzteile können bezogen
werden:
• Ersatzteilset Düsen (Art. 0891 703 141):
3 x schwarze Enddüse

Intended use
The appliance is intended for the cleaning of a wide
variety of materials.
The appliance is designed for use with genuine
Würth system accessories.
Any other use is considered an improper use.
■Please use only the following Würth cleaning
agents in a mixing ratio of 1:20:
• Würth BMF Cleaning Agent
Art. 0893 118 2/3/4
• Würth R1 Universal Cleaning Agent
Art. 0893 125 005 (020/060)
Never clean any safety-relevant parts!
The user is solely responsible for damage
resulting from improper use.
Operation
■Remove any loose dirt or soiling from the
surface to be cleaned using a brush or vacuum
cleaner.
■Important: Hold the cleaning nozzle only
approx. 3-5 cm from the surface to be cleaned.
■To remove any remaining moisture, wipe the
cleaned surface using a dry cloth.
Note
For optimum performance, the appli-
ance needs a constant air pressure of
8 bar.
Maintenance / care [Fig. I]
■Oil the gun at the indicated point every day with
2-3drops of a thin-bodied oil (Würth Mainte-
nance Oil Multi Art. 0893 055 40).
■Unscrew only at the indicated point when
replacing the hose (thin inner hose).
■Set the air inlet [1] to ON.
■Use only BMF Cleaning Agent / R1 Cleaning
Agent for cleaning!
■Never dismantle the motor block [2] of the
appliance.
Environmental instructions
Do not throw the appliance away
with normal household waste.
Dispose of the appliance via an
approved waste disposal company
or via your local authority waste
disposal facility. Observe the
currently valid regulations. In case of
doubt, contact your waste disposal facility. Dispose
of all packaging in an environmentally sound
manner.

FAQ
What should I do if the appliance comes to
a standstill?
■Is the air inlet set to ON?
■Has the gun been serviced at regular intervals?
If not, please service the appliance according to
the maintenance instructions.
■Has only Würth BMF Cleaning Agent or R1
Cleaning Agent (ratio of cleaning agent to
water 1:20) been used?
■Is the suction hose still OK?
■Is the inner material hose still OK?
■Should the appliance then still not function,
please send it to our masterService for repair.
Does the appliance have to be serviced?
■Yes! For servicing, please follow the mainte-
nance instructions also given in these operating
instructions.
How do I replace a hose (inner material
hose)?
■Ensure that the appliance is no longer con-
nected to the air or electricity supply
■Open the end of the motor block as shown in
the maintenance instructions
■Carefully unscrew the inner material hose
■Screw on the new inner material hose at the
same point
■Carefully install the motor block again. Ensure
that the thin inner hose passes through the
nozzle
■Then securely tighten the motor block again
■If necessary, cut off any protruding length of
hose so that hose and red aluminium sleeve
have the same length

■Yes, the following spare parts can be ordered:
