VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Dieser Werkzeugsatz dient dem Anfertigen von Bördel-Typen D, E & F.

Die Werkzeuge sind geeignet für Leitungsdurchmesser 4,75 – 5 – 6 – 8 - 10 mm - 1/4" und 1/2".

Lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch und beachten Sie alle Sicherheitshinweise

bevor Sie das Produkt verwenden.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Reparaturen an Bremsanlagen sollten nur von geschulten Personen mit Erfahrungen

durchgeführt werden.

•Verwenden Sie den Werkzeugsatz nur für den Zweck, für den es konzipiert ist.

•Verwenden Sie das Werkzeug nicht, wenn Teile fehlen oder beschädigt sind.

•Achten Sie bei Verwendung auf korrekte Sicherheitskleidung und Schutzmaßnahmen.

Bördel E & F

Rohr auf die gewünschte Länge kürzen.

Sicherstellen, dass der Schnitt sauber und gerade ist.

Schnittfläche entgraten, nur so ist eine exakte Bördelung möglich.

Das Rohr in die passende Haltebügel-Bohrung (4) einsetzen. Das Rohr

muss um das Maß A aus dem Haltebügel herausragen.

Maß A kann mit Hilfe der „Tabelle für Rohrüberstand“ermittelt werden.

Rohr mit den Flügelmuttern im Haltebügel (4) befestigen, beginnend mit

der Flügelschraube, welche dem eingespannten Rohr am nächsten ist.

Passendes Druckstück (5-11), wie in der Abb. gezeigt, aufsetzen.

Pressbügel (1) auf den Haltebügel (4) aufsetzen und durch

Drehbewegung das Druckstück (5-11) in das Rohr pressen.

Den Vorgang stoppen wenn das Druckstück (5-11) am Haltebügel (4)

anliegt.

Druckspindel (2) lösen und Druckstück (5-11) aus der Rohrleitung

entfernen.

Pressbügel (1) demontieren.

Flügelschrauben lösen und das gebördelte Rohr entnehmen.

Die Herstellung von Bördel F ist nun abgeschlossen.

Für Bördel E mit den nachfolgenden Arbeiten fortfahren.

Pressbügel (1) auf den Haltebügel (4) aufsetzen und mit dem Konus (3)

am Ende der Druckspindel (2) die konische Sitzfläche durch Drehen der

Druckspindel herstellen.

INTENDED USE

This tool set is used to produce D, E & F type flare.

The tools are suitable for cable diameters 4.75 - 5 - 6 - 8 - 10 mm - 1/4" and 1/2".

ATTENTION

Read these operating instructions carefully and observe all safety instructions before using the

product.

SAFETY INFORMATION

•Repairs to brake systems should only be carried out by trained persons with experience.

•Only use the tool set for the purpose for which it is designed.

•Do not use the tool if parts are missing or damaged.

measures.

•The use of protective gloves, safety glasses and safety shoes is recommended.

•Check the condition of the tool regularly and replace damaged parts.

•Always keep the spindle clean and well oiled. Careful maintenance guarantees the operational

E & F type flare

Shorten the pipe to the desired length.

Ensure the cut is clean and straight.

Deburr the cutting surface, this is the only way to achieve exact flaring.

Insert the pipe into the suitable retaining bracket bore (4). The pipe must

protrude out of the retaining bracket by dimension A.

Dimension A can be determined using the “Table for pipe projection”.

Fasten the pipe with the wing nuts in the retaining bracket (4), starting with

the wing screw which is closest to the clamped pipe.

Fit the appropriate pressure piece (5-11) as shown in the illustration.

Place the pressing tool (1) on the retaining bracket (4) and press the

pressure piece (5-11) into the pipe by rotating it.

Stop the process when the pressure piece (5-11) rests against the

retaining bracket (4).

Loosen the pressure spindle (2) and remove the pressure piece (5-11)

from the pipeline.

Remove the pressing tool (1).

Loosen the wing screws and remove the flared pipe.

The production of flare F is now complete.

Carry on as follows for flare E.

Place the pressing tool (1) on the retaining bracket (4) and create the

conical seat surface by turning the pressure spindle with the cone (3) at

the end of the pressure spindle (2).

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

Ce jeu d’outils permet de fabriquer des collets de type D, E et F.

Les outils sont appropriés pour des diamètres de câble de 4,75 – 5 – 6 – 8 – 10 mm – 1/4" et 1/2".

ATTENTION

Lisez attentivement ce mode d’emploi et observez toutes les consignes de sécurité avant d’utiliser le

produit.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•Les réparations sur les systèmes de freinage ne doivent être effectuées que par des personnes

qualifiées et expérimentées.

•Utilisez le jeu d’outils uniquement aux fins pour lesquelles il a été conçu.

•N’utilisez pas l’outil lorsque des pièces manquent ou sont endommagées.

•Portez toujours des vêtements de protection appropriés lorsque vous allez utiliser l’outil et prenez

les mesures de protection pertinentes.

•L’utilisation de gants de sécurité, de lunettes de protection et de chaussures de sécurité est

vivement recommandée.

•Contrôlez régulièrement l’état de l’outil et remplacez toute pièce endommagée.

•Maintenez toujours parfaitement propres et bien lubrifiées les broches. Une maintenance

soigneuse assurera la disponibilité opérationnelle et une longue durée de vie utile de l’outil.

Collets E & F

Coupez le tube à la longueur désirée.

Assurez-vous que la coupe est propre et droite.

Ébavurez la surface de coupe ; ce n’est qu’ainsi que vous pourrez obtenir

des collets précis.

Insérez le tube dans le trou approprié de l’étrier de retenue (4). Le tuyau

doit dépasser de l’étrier de retenue de la dimension A.

La dimension A peut être déterminée à l’aide du « Tableau de saillie de

tuyauterie ».

Fixez le tuyau avec les écrous à oreilles dans l’étrier de retenue (4), en

commençant par la vis à oreilles la plus proche du tuyau serré.

Montez la pièce de pression appropriée (5-11) comme indiqué à

l’illustration.

Placer la presse manuelle (1) sur l’étrier de retenue (4) et presser la pièce

de pression (5-11) dans le tube en la faisant tourner.

Arrêtez le processus lorsque la pièce de pression (5-11) repose contre

l’étrier de retenue (4).

Desserrez la broche de pression (2) et retirez la pièce de pression (5-11)

de la tuyauterie.

Démontez la presse manuelle (1).

Desserrez les vis à oreilles et retirez le tuyau avec le collet formé.

La fabrication du collet F est maintenant terminée.

Pour un collet E, procédez comme suit.

Placez la presse manuelle (1) sur l’étrier de retenue (4) et créez la surface

d’appui conique en tournant le cône (3) sur l’extrémité de la broche de

pression (2).

USO PREVISTO

Este juego de herramientas sirve para hacer abocardados del tipo D, E y F.

Las herramientas son adecuadas para diámetros de tubos de 4,75 - 5 - 6 - 8 - 10 mm - 1/4" y 1/2".

ATENCIÓN

Lea atentamente estas instrucciones de manejo y tenga en cuenta todas las indicaciones de

seguridad antes de utilizar el producto.

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

•Las reparaciones de los sistemas de frenos solo deben ser realizadas por personas capacitadas

y con experiencia.

•Utilice el juego de herramientas sólo para el propósito para el cual ha sido diseñado.

•No utilice la herramienta si faltan piezas o están dañadas.

•Al utilizarlo, procure que la ropa de seguridad y las medidas de protección sean correctas.

•Se recomienda el uso de guantes protectores, gafas de seguridad y calzado de seguridad.

•Compruebe regularmente el estado de la herramienta y sustituya las piezas deterioradas.

•Mantenga el husillo siempre limpio y bien lubricado. Un mantenimiento minucioso garantizará la

disponibilidad y durabilidad de la herramienta.

Abocardados del tipo E y F

Cortar el tubo a la longitud deseada.

Asegurarse de que el corte sea limpio y recto.

Desbarbar la superficie de corte, solo de esta manera es posible un

abocardado exacto.

Insertar el tubo en la perforación del soporte de sujeción (4) adecuada. El

tubo debe sobresalir con la dimensión A del soporte de sujeción.

La dimensión A se puede determinar a través de la «tabla para el

sobresaliente de tubos».

Apretar el tubo con las tuercas de mariposa en el soporte de sujeción (4),

comenzando con el tornillo de mariposa más cercano al tubo sujetado.

Colocar la pieza de presión adecuada (5-11) según se muestra en la fig.

Colocar el bastidor de prensado (1) en el soporte de sujeción (4) y

prensar la pieza de presión (5-11) en la tubería girándola.

Detener el proceso cuando la pieza de presión (5-11) apoye sobre el

soporte de sujeción (4).

Soltar el husillo de presión (2) y retirar la pieza de presión (5-11) de la

tubería.

Desmontar bastidor de prensado (1).

Aflojar los tornillos de mariposa y retirar el tubo abocardado.

La fabricación del abocardado del tipo F está ahora completada.

Para el abocardado del tipo E continuar con los siguientes trabajos.

Colocar el bastidor de prensado (1) sobre el soporte de sujeción (4) y

utilizar el cono (3) al final del husillo de presión (2) para crear el asiento

cónico girando el husillo de presión.
