Achsmanschetten-Schellen-Satz, 12-tlg.

MONTAGEANLEITUNG

Setzen Sie die Haken mit Daumenkraft ein.

Die Schelle muss sich, nach dem Einsetzen in Schellenführung der

Achsmanschette, leicht drehen lassen.

Nach dem Einsetzen beträgt der Pressbereich für die Zange ca. 8 mm.

Schneiden Sie das überstehende Stück der Schelle mit Hilfe einer

Kneifzange ab.

FALSCHE MONTAGE

Wird die Schelle wie in der Abbildung angebracht, verbleibt kein

ausreichender Pressbereich von 8 mm zum Pressen der Schellenbrücke

und die Klemmung auf der Achsmanschette wird nicht in der

erforderlichen Weise erreicht.

Axle Boot Clamp Set, 12 pcs.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Insert the hooks with thumb force.

The clamp must be easy to rotate, after inserting in the clamp guide of

the axle boot.

After inserting, the pressing range must be approx. 8 mm for the pliers.

Cut the projecting end of the clamp with a nipper pliers.

INCORRECT ASSEMBLY

If the clamp is attached as shown in the figure, there is no sufficient

press range of 8 mm remained for pressing the clamp bridge and the

clamping on the axle boot is not achieved in the required manner.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE

Insérez les crochets en les poussant du pouce.

La bride doit tourner facilement dans le guidage pour soufflet de

joint universel.

La plage de compression de la pince mesure 8 mm après

l’installation.

Coupez la partie de la bride qui dépasse à l’aide d’une pince plate.

MAUVAIS MONTAGE

Si la bride est montée comme le montre la figure, il n’y aura pas la

plage de compression suffisante de 8 mm pour comprimer le pont

de la bride, et la bride ne sera pas correctement serrée sur le

soufflet pour joint universel.

Juego de abrazaderas de manguitos de ejes, 12 piezas

INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE

Inserte los ganchos con la fuerza del pulgar.

La abrazadera debe poder girar fácilmente después de haberla

insertado en la guía de la abrazadera del fuelle del eje.

Después de la inserción, el rango de presión de la pinza es de

8 mm.

Recorte la pieza que sobresale de la abrazadera con una tenaza.

MONTAJE INCORRECTO

Si la abrazadera se monta como se muestra en la ilustración, no

habrá una zona de presión suficiente de 8 mm para presionar el

puente de la abrazadera y no se conseguirá la sujeción en el

fuelle del eje de la manera requerida.
