•Vorsicht bei Arbeiten an heißen Motoren, es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr!

•Entfernen Sie vor der Reparatur den Zündschlüssel, so verhindern Sie ein versehentliches

Starten des Motors und einen dadurch entstehenden Motorschaden und Verletzungen.

•Diese Anleitung dient als Kurzinformation und ersetzt keinesfalls ein Werkstatthandbuch.

Entnehmen Sie bitte technische Angaben wie Drehmomentwerte und Hinweise zur Demontage

und Montage immer der fahrzeugspezifischen Serviceliteratur.

•Drehen Sie den Motor nur in normale Drehrichtung (im Uhrzeigersinn), soweit nicht anders

angegeben.

ANWENDUNG

A Kurbelwellen-Radialdichtring (vorne)

B Kurbelwellenstumpf

1 Radialdichtring-Montagewerkzeug

1. Setzen Sie den neuen Kurbelwellen-Radialdichtring (A) an den Stirndeckel an.

2. Platzieren Sie das Montagewerkzeug (1), mit der Öffnung zum Kurbelwellenstumpf zeigend, auf

den Radialdichtring (A).

3. Schrauben Sie die Originalschraube der Riemenscheibe, durch die Zentralbohrung des

Werkzeugs, in das Gewinde des Kurbelwellenstumpfes und ziehen Sie den Radialdichtring durch

Drehen der Schraube in den Stirndeckel ein.

UMWELTSCHUTZ

Recyceln Sie unerwünschte Stoffe, anstatt sie als Abfall zu entsorgen. Verpackungen sind

zu sortieren, einer Wertstoffsammelstelle zuzuführen und umweltgerecht zu entsorgen.

A Front crankshaft seal

1 Crankshaft seal installing tool

1. Place the new crankshaft radial sealing ring (A) on the engine front cover.

2. Place the assembly tool (1) with the opening facing to the crankshaft stub on the radial sealing

ring (A).

3. Screw the original screw of the belt pulley through the central hole of the tool into the thread of

the crankshaft stub and push the radial sealing ring into the front engine cover by turning the

screw.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be

sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with

the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information. Dispose

UTILISATION

A Bague d'étanchéité radiale de vilebrequin

(avant)

B Bout de vilebrequin

1 Outil de montage de joint radial

1. Placer la nouvelle bague d'étanchéité radiale de vilebrequin (A) sur le couvercle d'extrémité.

2. Placer l'outil de montage (1) avec l'ouverture tournée vers le bout de vilebrequin sur la bague

d'étanchéité radiale (A).

3. Visser la vis d'origine de la poulie à travers le trou central de l'outil dans le filetage du bout de

vilebrequin et tirer la bague d'étanchéité radiale dans le couvercle d'extrémité en tournant la vis.

1 Herramienta de montaje de sello radial

1. Coloque un nuevo anillo de sellado radial del cigüeñal (A) en la tapa delantera del motor..

2. Coloque la herramienta de montaje (1) con la abertura hacia el muñón del cigüeñal en el anillo

de sellado radial (A).

3. Atornille el tornillo de la polea original a través del orificio central de la herramienta en la rosca

del muñón del cigüeñal y tire del anillo de sello radial hacia la cubierta del extremo girando el

tornillo.
