•Vorsicht bei Arbeiten an laufenden Motoren. Lose Kleidung, Werkzeuge und andere

Gegenstände können von drehenden Teilen erfasst werden und schwere Verletzungen

verursachen.

•Halten Sie Kinder und andere unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit dem Werkzeug oder dessen Verpackung spielen.

•Vorsicht bei Arbeiten an heißen Motoren, es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr!

•Entfernen Sie vor der Reparatur den Zündschlüssel, so verhindern Sie ein versehentliches

Starten des Motors und einen dadurch entstehenden Motorschaden.

•Diese Anleitung dient als Kurzinformation und ersetzt keinesfalls ein Werkstatthandbuch,

verwenden Sie immer fahrzeugspezifische Serviceliteratur, dieser entnehmen Sie bitte

technische Angaben wie Drehmomentwerte, Hinweise zur Demontage/Montage, usw.

•Nach erfolgter Reparatur bzw. vor dem Starten den Motor min. 2 Umdrehungen von Hand

drehen und die Steuerzeiten erneut überprüfen.

•Drehen Sie den Motor nur in normaler Drehrichtung (im Uhrzeigersinn soweit nicht anders

angegeben)

VERWENDUNG

Zur Einstellung der Nockenwelle wird das Lineal in die

Nut am Ende der Nockenwelle eingesetzt und das

Lineal stützt sich an der Dichtfläche des

Nockenwellengehäuses ab.

Motor in der normalen Drehrichtung drehen, bis das

Werkzeug in die Nut der Nockenwelle eingesetzt

werden kann.

Die Fixierdorne werden je nach Motor am

Zahnriemenrad der Einspritzpumpe oder Nockenwelle

oder am Schwungrad verwendet.

Drehen Sie den Motor langsam in normaler

Drehrichtung bis die Bohrung im Zahnriemenrad mit der

Bohrung im Motor übereinander stehen.

Setzen Sie den Fixierdorn durch die Bohrung im

Zahnriemenrad in die Motorgehäusebohrung ein.

VERWENDUNG

Verschlussstopfen (A) entfernen.

Motor in normaler Drehrichtung drehen, bis die

Einstellmarkierung auf dem Einspritzpumpen-

Zahnriemenrad mit der Markierung auf dem Motor

übereinstimmt.

Kurbelwellen-Fixierdorn in das Motorgehäuse einsetzen

und von Hand festgezogen.

Kurbelwelle langsam im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis der

erste Zylinder im OT (Arbeitstakt) steht.

Das Kurbelwellen-Fixierwerkzeug wie abgebildet

einsetzen und mit zwei Schrauben befestigen.

Die Schraube der Kurbelwellen-Riemenscheibe lösen.

•If you remove the ignition key before repairing, you can prevent the engine from being started

accidentally and resulting in engine damage.

•This manual serves as a brief guide and does not replace a workshop manual. Always refer to

the vehicle-specific service literature, particularly the technical data such as torque values and

instructions for disassembly/assembly, etc.

•After repair or before starting the engine, turn a minimum of 2 turns by hand and check the

timing again.

•

Turn the engine only in the normal direction of rotation (clockwise unless otherwise specified)

USE

To adjust the camshaft, the ruler is inserted into the

groove at the end of the camshaft and the ruler is

supported on the sealing surface of the camshaft

housing.

Turn the motor in the normal direction of rotation until

the tool can be inserted into the groove of the camshaft.

Turn the crankshaft slowly in the normal direction of

rotation until the hole in the toothed belt wheel are

aligned with the hole in the engine.

Insert the locking pin through the hole in the timing belt

pulley into the engine housing bore.

USE

Remove sealing plug (A).

Turn the crankshaft in the normal direction of rotation

until the timing mark on the injection pump gear

matches the mark on the engine.

Insert the crankshaft locking pin into the engine housing

and tighten the pin by hand.

Slowly turn the crankshaft clockwise until the first

cylinder is at TDC (power stroke).

Install the crankshaft fixing tool as shown and secure

with two screws.

Loosen the crankshaft pulley bolt.

•Retirez la clé de contact avant d’entamer la réparation, vous évitez ainsi de démarrer le moteur

par inadvertance et, en conséquence, des dommages du moteur.

•Ces instructions sont des informations brèves et ne peuvent pas remplacer le manuel de

l’atelier. Consultez toujours les manuels de service spécifiques du véhicule pour des

informations techniques comme la valeur du moment de couple, des instructions de

démontage/montage, etc.

•Après une réparation ou avant le démarrage du moteur, faites 2 rotations à la main minimum

et revérifiez ensuite les temps de distribution.

•Faites tourner le moteur uniquement dans le sens de rotation normal (sauf indication contraire,

le sens des aiguilles d’une montre)
