INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD

Lea las siguientes instrucciones atentamente antes de usar

el producto. Guarde este manual para futuras referencias o

nuevos usuarios.

- Este aparato debe utilizarse conforme a lo indicado en este

manual de instrucciones. Cecotec no se hará responsable

de ningún daño o accidente que sea consecuencia del uso

inapropiado del producto.

- Asegúrese de que el voltaje de red coincida con el voltaje

especicado en la etiqueta de clasicación del aparato y de

que el enchufe tenga toma de tierra.

- Inspeccione el cable de alimentación regularmente en

busca de daños visibles. Si el cable presenta daños, debe

ser reparado por el Servicio de Asistencia Técnica ocial de

Cecotec para evitar cualquier tipo de peligro.

- Este aparato está diseñado exclusivamente para uso

doméstico quedando excluido su uso en bares, restaurantes,

granjas, hoteles, moteles y ocinas.

- No intente reparar el aparato por su propia cuenta. Póngase

en contacto con el Servicio de Asistencia Técnica ocial de

Cecotec para cualquier duda.

- No utilice el aparato para aspirar líquidos, cerillas encendidas,

colillas, ceniza caliente ni sobre supercies mojadas.

- No utilice este aparato en suelos de hormigón, asfalto u

otras supercies rugosas.

- Deje de utilizar el aparato si percibe un sonido anormal o

una temperatura más alta de lo normal.

- No bloquee las aperturas del aparato ni obstruya el ujo

de aire. Mantenga las aberturas libres de objetos, y no las

tapone con ropa o los dedos.

- Apagueydesenchufe elaparato de lafuente de alimentación

cuando no se vaya a utilizar por un tiempo, antes de limpiarlo,

antes de montar o desmontar los componentes y antes de

- Este aparato pueden utilizarlo niños con edad de 8 años y

superior y personas con capacidades físicas, sensoriales o

mentales reducidas o falta de experiencia y conocimiento,

si se les ha dado la supervisión o formación apropiadas

respecto al uso del aparato de una manera segura y

comprenden los peligros que implica. Los niños no deben

jugar con el aparato. La limpieza y el mantenimiento a

realizar por el usuario no deben realizarlos los niños sin

supervisión.

del aparato.

- Antes de poner en funcionamiento el robot aspirador, prepare

la habitación y tenga cuidado constante, para ello retire los

objetos y cables que pudieran afectar a su funcionamiento.

- Mantenga el aparato alejado de prendas de ropa, cortinas y

materiales similares.

- Coloque el aparato en una supercie plana y estable. Evite

colocarlo en lugares inestables donde haya riesgo de caída

(como mesas o sillas).

- Antes de ponerlo en funcionamiento, compruebe que todas

las conexiones, tanto las del robot aspirador como las de la

base de autovaciado, están en buen estado.

- Evite poner el robot aspirador en funcionamiento bajo

temperaturas extremadamente altas o bajas.

- El aparato solo debe usarse con la batería suministrada con

él o con unidades compatibles aprobadas por Cecotec.

- Las baterías no recargables no deben ser recargadas.

- Asegúrese de que el aparato no está conectado a una toma

de corriente antes de llevar a cabo la limpieza del aparato o

de realizar el mantenimiento.

- Asegúrese de que la base de autovaciado no está conectada

a una toma de corrientes antes de limpiarla.

Instrucciones de la batería

- El aparato incluye una batería de ion-litio, no la queme ni la

exponga a temperaturas altas, ya que podría explotar.

- Las baterías pueden presentar fugas en condiciones

extremas. Si las baterías gotean, no toque el líquido. Si el

líquido entra en contacto con la piel, lávese inmediatamente

con agua y jabón. Si el líquido entra en contacto con los ojos,

láveselos de forma inmediata con abundante agua limpia

por un mínimo de 10 minutos y busque asistencia médica.

Utilice guantes para manejar la batería o la pila y deséchela

inmediatamente de acuerdo con la normativa local.

- Evite el contacto entre baterías y pequeños objetos metálicos

como clips, monedas, llaves, clavos o tornillos.

- No altere la batería de ninguna forma.

- Las baterías deben retirarse del aparato para el desecho de

manera segura.

- Mantenga fuera del alcance de los niños baterías que tengan

riesgo de ser ingeridas.

- La ingestión de baterías puede provocar quemaduras,

- Si el aparato va a ser almacenado un largo período de tiempo

es conveniente retirar las baterías.

- Las baterías deben ser insertadas en la posición correcta.

Fíjese en la polaridad a la hora de reemplazarlas.

Read these instructions thoroughly before using the appliance.

Keep this instruction manual for future reference or new users.

- This appliance must be used in accordance with these

operating instructions. Cecotec will not be held liable or

responsible for any damages or injuries caused by improper

use.

- Make sure that the mains voltage matches the voltage

stated on the rating label of the appliance and that the wall

outlet is earthed.

- Check the power cable regularly for visible damage. If the

cable is damaged, it must be repaired by the ocial Cecotec

Technical Support Service to avoid any type of danger.

- This appliance is designed for domestic use only and is not

intended for bars, restaurants, farmhouses, hotels, motels,

and oces.

- Do not try to repair the appliance by yourself. Contact the

ocial Cecotec Technical Support Service for advice.

- Do not use the appliance to vacuum liquids, lit matches,

cigarette ends, hot ash, or on wet surfaces.

- Do not use this appliance on concrete, asphalt, or other

rough surfaces.

- Stop using the appliance if you notice an abnormal sound or

sense a temperature higher than usual.

- Do not block the appliance openings or airow. Keep

openings free of any objects, and do not block them with

clothes or your ngers.

- Turn o and unplug the appliance from the mains supply

when it is not going to be used for a long period of time,

before cleaning or repairing, before attaching components,

and before removing the battery. Pull from the plug, not the

cable, to disconnect it from the outlet.

- WARNING: the appliance has rotating parts which may pose

a risk of entrapment. Exercise extreme caution.

- Do not immerse the cable, plug, or any other part of the

appliance in water or any other liquid or expose electrical

connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry before

handling the plug or switching on the appliance.

- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and

above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or

mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if

they have been given supervision or instruction concerning

use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the

hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance.

Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by

unsupervised children.

- Never touch the cable or the power socket with wet hands.

- Do not expose the appliance to direct sunlight, re, water, or

moisture.

- Do not sit or place sharp or heavy objects on top of the

appliance.

- Before operating the robot vacuum cleaner, prepare the

room and supervise it. To do so, remove any objects and

cables that may aect its operation.

- Keep the appliance away from clothing, curtains, and similar

materials.

- Always place the appliance on a at and stable surface.

Avoid placing it on unstable surfaces it could fall from (such

as tables or chairs).

- Before switching on the robot vacuum cleaner, check that

all connections, both on the robot and on the self-emptying

base, are in good condition.

- Avoid operating the robot vacuum cleaner under extremely

high or low temperatures.
