• Warning: Donot open thecasing! Certain components within theproduct’s casing
carry dangerous currents. Contact with these maygive you anelectric shock.
• This product should only be repaired by aqualified service technician.
• The product should not be taken apart or modified.
• Do not place theproduct where it could be exposed to water or other liquid.
Anelectric appliance which is connected to awall socket is still live even when not inuse.
• Do not obstruct theair vents.
• This product must not be used by anyone (including children) suffering from physical
or mental impairment. Thisproduct should not be used by anyone who does not
have theproper experience or knowledge of theproduct unless they have been
instructed in its use by someone who takes responsibility for their safety.
• Never let children play with theproduct.
WARNING: Toavoid therisk of fire, electric shock or personal injury:
• The vacuum cleaner should only be used as described in themanual. Onlyuse
accessories recommended by themanufacturer.
• Do not expose thevacuum cleaner or its mains lead to moisture, blows or high
temperatures.
• Do not use thevacuum cleaner if its lead or plug is damaged or if it has been drop-
ped, left outside or immersed inwater.
• Do not leave thevacuum cleaner unattended when it is connected to apower
point. Pulltheplug out when thevacuum cleaner is not inuse.
• Do not pull or carry thevacuum cleaner by thelead. Donot use thelead as
ahandle and do not let it fasten in door jambs. Donot pull thelead around sharp
corners andedges.
• Do not insert any item into any opening other than thesuction port. Donot vacuum
if any opening is clogged. Keepall air intakes free from dust, fluff, hair and anything
that can reduce theairflow.
• Do not vacuum anything that is smoking or burning, such as cigarettes, hot ashes,
etc. Donot vacuum flammable liquids such as petrol.
• Both the motor filter and the dust filter must always be fitted before use.
• Only use thevacuum on dry surfaces indoors. Storethevacuum cleaner indoors.
Donot vacuum outdoors or on wet surfaces.
• If thevacuum cleaner is damaged, it must be repaired. Contact our Customer
Services Department.
