7. Omsorg

Håll maskinen ren och se till att sugslangen är hel

och att alla packningar är täta. Följ instruk-tionerna.

Håll bärhandtagen torra och fria från olja och fett.

8. Kontroll

Kontrollera alltid att maskinen är oskadad innan

användandet av maskinen. Finns det

skador måste maskinen repareras av en auktoriserad

serviceverkstad som är godkänd av Dustcontrol .

Om nätsladden är skadad måste den bytas av Dust-

control eller auktoriserad serviceverkstad, som är

godkänd av Dustcontrol.

9. Varning

Använd endast tillbehör och utbytesdelar som nns i

Dustcontrol´s katalog.

Lägg aldrig omkull maskinen utan att tömma behål-

laren. (Vatten kan rinna in i motorn.)

Denna apparat är inte avsedd att användas av per-

soner (inklusive barn) med nedsatt fysisk, sensorisk

eller mental förmåga eller brist på erfarenhet och

kunskap, såvida de inte övervakas eller får instruktio-

ner angående användning av apparaten av en person

som ansvarar för deras säkerhet. Barn bör övervakas

så att de inte leker med apparaten.

Denna maskin är avsedd för kommersiellt bruk, till

exempel i hotell, skolor, sjukhus, fabriker, butiker,

kontor och uthyrare.

1. Viktigt!

Inga heta eller glödande partiklar får sugas med

enheten. Maskinen ska ej användas för explosiva varor,

instabila eller pyrofora ämnen eller damm.

2. Arbetsmiljön

Utsätt inte maskinen för spoltvätt. Använd den ej i

närheten av lättantändliga vätskor eller gaser.

3. Överbelastning

Låt inte maskinen gå helstrypt. Använd maskinen för

avsett ändamål, t ex vatten eller lätt slammat vatten.

Låt EJ vattenpumpen arbeta utan vattenöde.

4. Kroppsskador

Låt aldrig sugpunkten komma i kontakt med någon

kroppsdel. Det starka undertrycket kan skada krop-

pens blodkärl. Försök aldrig att på egen hand ändra

elektriska kopplingar. Ett fel kan medföra livsfara. Se

också nedan under varning.

5. Sladden

Dra aldrig maskinen med hjälp av sladden. Utsätt inte

sladden för värme eller skarpa

föremål. Kontrollera elkabeln regelbundet. Maskinen

får inte användas om kabeln eller kontakten är skadad.

6. Viktig åtgärd

Vid rengöring och skötsel ska maskinen göras strömlös

genom avstängning och utdragning av kontakten.

Maskinerna är avsedda för uppsugning och avskiljning av

vatten och lätt slammat vatten. Frätande, sura eller basiska

ämnen/vätskor eller explosiva ämnen får ej sugas med

maskinen.

DC 50, 75 - W är robusta och driftsäkera maskiner. De är

avsedda för våtsugning i många sammanhang, till exempel

vid håltagning och sanering. Slammet avskiljs i en ltersäck

eller grovavskiljare och vattnet pumpas ut ur behållaren.

Designen är ergonomisk och funktionell. Den låga ljudnivån

gör att maskinerna kan användas i ljudkänsliga miljöer.

Service

Vid rengöring och skötsel av maskinen ska man stänga av

maskinen och dra ur kontakten.

Vattenpumpen kan lätt demonteras och ställas på golvet

före rengöring.

Endast originalltersäckar får användas.

Kontrollera regelbundet att elkabeln inte är skadad.

DC 50, 75 - W ska funktionsprovas och ses över minst en

gång per år eftersom det är en maskin för våta material.

Slitna delar måste bytas ut. Äventyra aldrig funktion och

livslängd. Använd endast originaldelar.

Maskinens äkt är underhållsfri.

Drift

Tömning av kvarvarande

vattenmängd

Anslut maskinen till ett eluttag med spänning enligt spe-

cikationerna på maskinens märkplåt. Vid skarvning av

elkabeln ska skarvsladden vara vattenskyddad.

Vid stora vattenmängder kan vattenpumpen vara påslagen

kontinuerligt medan man suger vattnet.

I samband med mindre vattenmängder ska maskinen

användas utan att vattenpumpen är påslagen. Behållaren

töms sedan genom att vattenpumpen kopplas på. Stäng av

vattenpumpen när vattenödet upphör.

OBSERVERA att vattenpumpen ej ska arbeta utan

vattenöde!

Om suget stannar pga att behållaren är full, så måste vattnet

evakueras med vattenpumpen.

Kvarvarande vattenmängd i behållaren ska tömmas ge-

nom att motordelen lyfts av och maskinen läggs ner enligt

bild. Detta ska alltid göras innan maskinen transporteras.

Observera att maskinen aldrig får läggas omkull utan att

behållaren är tömd.

Filtersäcken i behållaren ska bytas när den är fylld till max

1/3. Vi rekommenderar att alltid ha ltersäck i maskinen

för att undvika onödigt slitage.

FELSÖKNING

Garantitiden är två år och avser fabrikationsfel. Garantin

gäller under förutsättning att maskinen används på normalt

sätt och får den service som krävs. Normalt slitage ersätts

inte.

Garanti

Reparationer ska utföras av Dustcontrol AB eller av personer

som godkänts av Dustcontrol AB. I annat fall förverkas

garantin.

Safety Considerations

Read all instructions before attempting to operate this

machine and save these instructions.

Warning! When using electric machines, basic safety

precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk

of re, electric shock and personal injury, including the

following:

1. Important!

No hot particles nor ignition sources are allowed to

be sucked into the unit. e machine should not be

used for explosives, unstable or pyrophoric particles or

dust.

– WARNING Operators shall be adequately instruc-

ted on the use of these machines.

– CAUTION is machine is for indoor use only.

– CAUTION is machine shall be stored indoors

only.

2. Work area environment

Don´t expose the machine for rain. Don´t use it in

damp or wet locations or in presence of ammable

liquids or gases.

3. Overload

Never let the machine operate fully throttled. Always

follow the regulations pertinent to the

material you are working with ie asbestos. Don´t use

the machine for purposes that it isn´t

intended for.

4. Body injuries

Never let the suction come in contact with parts

of the body. e strong suction eect can hurt the

blood-vessels in the skin. Don´t repair the electric

components yourself. e machine should be ser-

viced by qualied personnel only. Faults may cause

injury. See also below under warnings.

5. Don´t abuse cord

Never pull the machine by the cord. Keep the cord

from heat and sharp edges. Check the electric cable

regularly for damage.

6. Important measure

With cleaning and maintenance on the machine,

the power cable should be dis-connected from the

supply.

7. Maintain the machine with care

Keep the machine clean and check that the hose is

undamaged and that all gaskets are tight. Follow

instructions. Keep handles dry and free from oil and

grease.

8. Checking for damage

Before futher use of the machine it should be care-

fully checked that the machine is unda-maged. If

there are any damaged parts these should be repaired

by of a Dustcontrol authori-zed service center.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced

by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly

qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.

9. Warning

Use only accessories and replacable parts which are

available in the Dustcontrol catalogue.

Never tip the unit with uid in the container.

(Fluid can enter the motor.)

is unit is intended for the collection and separation

of water and light slurry material.e machine shall

not be used to collect corrosive, acidic or alkaline

substances / liquids or ammable material.

e DC 50 and 75 – W are compact and eective

units from Dustcontrol. ey are stable and depend-

able and intended for wet collection in a wide range of

applications. Applications include cutting and coring

and water leakage. Slurry is dewatered in the lter bag

or coarse separator and evacuated from the container.

e design is ergonomic and appealing. With a very

low sound level of 75 dB(A) at 1m distance, the

DC 25, 50, 75 - W is suitable for use in areas which

are sen-sitive to noise. e direct drive two stage high

pressure fan is integrated into the units top.

Service

During cleaning and service of the unit, the unit should be

disconnected from the power supply.

e water pump is easily removed for cleaning.

Use only original lter bags.

e unit’s vacuum motor is maintenance free.

Don’t abuse the cord. Never pull the machine by

the cord.

Examine the cord on a regular basis for damage. e DC

50, 75 - W should be serviced and performance tested at

least once per year to maintain proper operating condition.

Worn parts must be replaced. Do not take chances and

compromise safety by avoiding service.

Operation

Complete emptying of

container

Connect the unit to a suitable power source, note require-

ments on the ID plate. If an extension cord is to be used,

only waterproof cords are acceptable.

With larger volumes of water, the evacuation pump can

be run continuously.

When used on smaller water volumes, the evacuation

pump is not run continuously. e container is emp-

tied when full by switching the evacuation pump on.

Care must be taken to turn o the pump when the

container is empty.

NOTE: e pump should not be allowed to run

without water ow.

If the suction is automatically shut o because the

container is full, the container must be emptied. e

evacuation pump will not generally empty the contai-

ner completely and care must be taken to empty the

container completely before transporting

the unit. In order to empty the unit completely, lift

the motor top/cover o and lay the machine down,see

picture. Don’t lay down the machine without rst

emptying the container completely. e lter bag in

the container should be changed when it is 1/3 lled

(max.). We recommend that you always have the l-

ter bag in the machine to avoid unnecessary wear.

Use only original spare parts.
