Im Folgenden werden die unten aufgeführten Symbole verwandt, beachten Sie bitte diese

Montage:
Zur Sicherheit der elektrischen Systeme sollte während der Montage die Batterie am Minuspol
abgeklemmt werden.
Griffarmaturen, Bedienungsarmaturen und Hydraulikzylinder vom Lenker demontieren.
Originallenker entfernen.
Vor der Demontage der originalen Gabelbrücke unbedingt Vorderrad entlasten!
Bei der Montage der Gabelbrücke ist darauf zu achten, dass zuerst die zentrale Steuerkopfmutter
mit ca. 15Nm angezogen und erst dann die Klemmschrauben festgezogen werden.
Danach die Steuerkopfmutter mit vorgeschriebenem Drehmoment anziehen. Es gelten die
Anzugsdrehmomente lt. Fahrzeughersteller.
Die Schrauben dürfen nicht mit einem Montagefett / Öl eingesetzt werden!
Klemmschellen bis unter die Gabelbrücke schieben, provisorisch ausrichten und handfest
montieren. Nun die Lenkrohre mit M6x22 montieren und die Schrauben mit 10Nm festziehen.
Kontrollieren sie den Freigang zum Tank und zur Verkleidung, dazu alle Griffarmaturen zunächst
provisorisch auf dem Lenkrohr fixieren. Abschließend die Klemmschrauben M6x25 mit 10Nm
festziehen. Nun die Griffarmaturen auf dem Lenker befestigen, ausrichten und die zur Fixierung
nötigen Bohrungen setzen. Das linke Griffgummi mit einem geeigneten Klebstoff verkleben.
Verlegehinweise für Kabel, Züge und Schläuche:
Gaszüge : wie Original verlegen.
Gaszüge bei voll eingeschlagener Lenkung auf Leichtgängigkeit prüfen.
Bremsleitung : wie Original verlegen.
Kupplungszug : wie Original verlegen.
Armaturenkabel : wie Original verlegen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass über den Lenkeinschlag gesamten Kabel, Züge und Schläuche
spannungsfrei verlegt sind und nicht geknickt werden.
Der Lenkerumbau ist nun korrekt montiert. Bitte vergessen Sie nicht, das Motorrad mit der
Anbauanleitung bei einer anerkannten Prüfstelle vorzuführen und den Umbau in die
Fahrzeugpapiere eintragen zu lassen.

Fitting:
The battery ground should be disconnected before working on electric wiring and switches!
Remove handlebar controls, clutch and brake cylinder assy, then remove the original clip-ons.
Assure that the front wheel is free from any load when dismounting top yoke!
Slide Match Clamps over the slide tube and reinstall the top yoke.
To fix top yoke, first tighten steering head nut up to 15Nm / 11lbf ft, then fix the slider tube’s
clamping bolts with recommended torque.
Now tighten steering head nut up to the required torque, tightening torques refer to the vehicle
manufacturer’s instruction.
Do not use any grease / oil at the the bolts!
Slide match clamps underneath the top yoke and align them provisonally and tighten them slightly.
Now install the tubes with M6x22 and tighten these bolts with 10Nm (7.31lbf ft).
Now you should check the clearance to the tank, therefore you have to mount all controls
provisonally on the clip-on. Tighten the bolts of the Speed Match clamps M6x25 with 10Nm.
Now drill the bores for the controls and fix them finally. The left grip should be installed with glue.
Instruction for rerouting cables hoses and wiring harnesses:
Throttle cable : remaining as original . Check easy movement during full steering left & right.
Brake line : remaining as original.
Clutch Cable: remaining as original.
Wiring Harness : remaining as original.
Make sure that no cable, hose or harness is bended and stays tension-free over the whole
steering angle.
Connect the battery to the ground of your vehicle.
The Sport-Match kit is now completely mounted. Always check local laws and your
manufacturer’s warranty conditions for using aftermarket parts on your bike!

Montage:
Coupez le circuit électrique en débranchant le pôle négatif de la batterie pendant le montage.
Démontez les poignées, les leviers et le maître-cylindre hydraulique. Supprimez le guidon
d’origine.
Déchargez la roue de devant avant le démontage du té de fourche d’origine!
Pendant le montage du té de fourche, serrez d’abord l’écrou central à un couple de serrage de
15Nm, puis les vis de serrages.
Serrez ensuite l’écrou central au couple de serrage indiqué par le fabricant.
Ne pas utiliser de graisse/huile de montage!
Poussez les colliers de serrage sous le té de fourche, ajustez provisoirement et serrez
manuellement. Montez les guidons avec les vis M6x22 et serrez à un couple de 10Nm.
Contrôlez la liberté de mouvement par rapport au réservoir d’essence et au carénage ; pour cela,
fixez provisoirement les poignées et leviers sur les guidons. Serrez enfin les vis de serrage M6x25
à un couple de 10Nm.
Montez les leviers et poignées sur les guidons, ajustez-les et effectuez les perçages nécessaires
aux fixations. Collez la poignée gauche avec une colle appropriée.
Schéma de pose des câbles et durits:
Câbles des gaz : Pose comme à l’origine.
Contrôlez la liberté de mouvement pendant le braquage gauche/droite.
Durit de frein : Pose comme à l’origine.
Câble d’embrayage : Pose comme à l’origine.
Câbles électriques : Pose comme à l’origine.
Contrôlez que les câbles et tuyaux soient posés sans tensions ni pliures pendant le braquage
à fond gauche/droite.
