Composition of internal compartment of PharmaShop24 vending machines with air conditioning 23°
and refrigerated EasyShop 4°
The automatic vending machines in the PharmaShop24 and EasyShop24 families are constructed entirely from Fe360 sheet
steel, and are protected internally and externally using cataphoresis surface treatment. The outer sheets are additionally
treated using polyester paint.
All the sheets and shelves undergo surface treatment using cataphoresis, whereas the parts that constitute the product push
system are constructed entirely from plastic (Delrin and nylon).
Access to the conditioned cell is provided by a front hatch, which is composed of a Fe360 steel frame (using the same surface
treatment as with other sheets), which houses a 5+5 mm, shatter-proof glass pane with 0.76 plastic, with a 15 mm chamber
which includes a 4 mm, low-emissivity glass pane.
The seal between the door and the vending machine frame is provided by a rubber gasket.
Cleaning of the conditioned interior cell, and all internal components can be carried out using any alcohol- or non-alcohol-
based surface cleaner, or even denatured ethyl alcohol.
Do not use solvents (acetone, thinners, etc.), which may affect the cataphoresis treatment on the sheets.

Temperature alarm management for conditioned PharmaShop24 vending machines 23° and
refrigerated EasyShop 4° vending machines
The vending machines in the PharmaShop24 and EasyShop24 family are equipped with a temperature regulation system that
allows the temperature to be maintained below 23° and 4° respectively for installations that are not directly exposed to
sunlight.
Temperature regulation settings are modifiable and are under the full control of the operator, who may choose the optimal
combination based on season, positioning of the machine and, more importantly, the various products types that are to be
placed inside.
During normal operation of the vending machine, the current operating temperature is always shown on the machine display
so that it can always be seen by both customer and operator.
The machine is also provided with a series of remote warning mechanisms (via SMS) for particular error states or incorrect
operation:
1) Faulty temperature probe alarm (SMS errors 22 and 23)
▪The alarm is sent if the detected operating temperature is “out of range”, i.e., above 80° or below -25°. When this event
occurs, the machine is placed out of service, but the temperature regulation cycle remains active.
2) Over-temperature alarm (SMS errors 30 and 31)
▪An over-temperature alarm (normal temperature regulation value +5°) is triggered the first time the temperature is
reached after start-up. When this event occurs, the machine is placed out of service, but the temperature regulation
cycle remains active.
3) Extended power failure alarm (SMS error 26)
▪This alarm occurs following an extended shut-down beyond a preset number of minutes threshold. Once the machine is
back in operation, it will be able to calculate the time for which it was switched off (i.e., without temperature regulation);
if the preset time is exceeded, an alarm signal is triggered, keeping the temperature regulation cycle active.
