You have to set the clock time when you plug in the appliance for the rst time and

when there has been a power failure.

Place the Wake-up Light 40-50cm from your head, for example on a bedside table.

Setting your wake-up prole

When you set your wake-up prole, you set the wake-up time (steps 1 – 6), the light

intensity (steps 7 and 8) and the sound level (steps 9 and 10) you want to wake up

to. You can set two dierent wake-up times, for example if you want to wake up at a

dierent time in the weekend than on weekdays. The procedure to set the wake-up

prole and wake-up sound is the same for both.

Når du indstiller vækkeprolen, indstiller du vækningstidspunktet (trin 1 – 6),

lysintensiteten (trin 7 og 8) og lydniveauet (trin 9 og 10), som du vil vågne op til.

You can use natural wake-up sounds or the FM radio as a wake-up sound.

The Wake-up Light has seven built-in natural sounds and two relaxing nature sounds.

Adjusting the clock time

To set the clock time, choose between a 12-hour and a 24-hour clock and then adjust

the time.

For at indstille uret kan du vælge mellem et 12-timers ur og et 24-timers ur og derefter

When there has been a power failure, the set clock time will be saved for up to 8 hours.

If the power failure lasts longer, the appliance goes back to factory settings and you

have to set all functions again.

Setting the display contrast

You can adjust the display contrast from level 0 to level 4. Choose a level that is

optimal for you to see the display at night. The Wake-up Light will automatically adjust

the contrast level when your bedroom becomes brighter.

Du kan justere displayets kontrast fra niveau 0 til niveau 4. Vælg et niveau, der optimalt

for dig, så du kan se displayet om natten. Wake-up Light vil automatisk justere
