VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Dieser Satz dient zum Nachschneiden von Radbolzen-Gewinden. Das einzigartige Design ermöglicht ein

Ansetzen des zweiteiligen Nachschneiders am intakten Gewindeteil. Aus dieser Position heraus kann der

beschädigte Teil des Gewindes (meist am Bolzenanfang) nachgeschnitten werden.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Beim Arbeiten mit diesem Satz immer Sicherheitshandschuhe und Schutzbrille tragen.

•Halten Sie Kinder und unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der Verwendung dieses Werkzeugs alle Sicherheitsvorschriften für

Werkstätten beachtet werden.

•Lassen Sie keine Kinder mit dem Werkzeug oder dessen Verpackung spielen.

•Beachten Sie steht’s Hinweise des Fahrzeugherstellers.

VERWENDUNG

Wählen Sie den geeigneten Nachschneider aus, achten Sie dabei auf

Gewindegröße und Steigung.

Ziehen Sie die beiden Hälften des Nachschneiders auseinander und positionieren

Sie den Nachschneider hinter dem beschädigten Teil des Gewindes.

Platzieren Sie den Adapter über den Radbolzen.

Drehen Sie den Adapter, bis beide Stifte im inneren des Adapters in den

Öffnungen zwischen den beiden Hälften des Nachschneiders sitzen. Der

Nachschneider muss vollständig im Adapter sitzen.

Setzen Sie einen 29 mm Steckschlüssel auf den Sechskant des Adapters und

bringen Sie eine Ratsche oder Gleitgriff an.

Drehen Sie den Nachscheider in Richtung defektem Teil des Gewindes.

INTENDED USE

This set is used for re-cutting threads on wheel studs. The unique design allows for two halves of the

thread restorer to be fitted on the good thread and the wound back over the damaged thread, normal at

the end of the stud.

SAFETY ADVICE

•Always wear safety gloves and safety goggles when working with this set.

•Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.

•Make sure that all safety regulations for garages are observed when using this tool.

•Do not let children play with the tool or its packaging.

Please observe informations from the vehicle manufacturer.

USE

Choose the appropriate thread restorer, paying attention to the thread size and

pitch.

Pull apart the two halves of the thread restorer and position the thread restorer

behind the damaged part of the thread.

Place the adaptor over the wheel stud and rotate it until the two pins within the

adaptor pass into the apertures between the two halves of the thread restorer.

The two half of the thread restorer must be fully entirely enclosed within the

adaptor.

Place a 29 mm socket onto the hex part of the adaptor and attach a suitable

ratchet or sliding bar as a driving tool.

Turn the adaptor in the direction of the defective part of the thread.

UTILISATION PRÉVUE

Cet ensemble permet de retailler le filetage des goujons de roue. Son design unique permet de présenter

le taraud en deux pièces sur la partie intacte du filetage. À partir de cette position, la partie endommagée

du filetage (généralement au début du goujon) peut être taraudée.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•Portez toujours des gants et des lunettes de protection lorsque vous allez travailler avec cet outil.

•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les autres personnes non autorisées de la zone de travail.

•Lors de l’utilisation de cet outil, veillez à ce que toutes les consignes de sécurité des ateliers soient

respectées.

•Ne permettez jamais que des enfants jouent avec l’outil ou avec son emballage.

•Veuillez toujours tenir compte des instructions du fabricant du véhicule.

UTILISATION

Sélectionnez le taraud approprié, en faisant attention à la taille et au pas du

filetage.

Séparez les deux moitiés du taraud et placez-le derrière la partie endommagée du

filetage.

Placez l’adaptateur sur le goujon de roue.

Tournez l’adaptateur jusqu’à ce que les deux ergots à l’intérieur de l’adaptateur

rentrent dans les ouvertures entre les deux moitiés du taraud. Le taraud doit être

complètement inséré dans l’adaptateur.

Placez une clé à douille de 29 mm sur l’empreinte à six pans de l’adaptateur et

montez-y une clé à cliquet ou une poignée coulissante.

Tournez le taraud dans le sens de la partie défectueuse du filetage.

USO PREVISTO

Este juego sirve para reparar roscas de pernos de ruedas. El diseño único hace posible colocar el

reparador de roscas de dos piezas en la parte roscada intacta. Desde esta posición, se puede volver a

cortar la parte dañada de la rosca (generalmente al principio del perno).

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

•Use siempre guantes y gafas de protección cuando trabaje con este juego de herramientas.

•Mantenga a los niños y personas no autorizadas lejos del área de trabajo.

•Asegúrese de cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad para talleres cuando utilice esta

herramienta.

•No permita que los niños jueguen con la herramienta o su embalaje.

•

Respete en todo momento las indicaciones del fabricante del vehículo.

APLICACIÓN

Seleccione el reparador de roscas adecuado, prestando atención al tamaño y al

paso de la rosca.

Separe las dos mitades del reparador de rosca y posiciónelo detrás de la parte

dañada de la rosca.

Coloque el adaptador sobre el perno de la rueda.

Gire el adaptador hasta que las dos clavijas en el interior del adaptador queden en

los orificios entre las dos mitades del reparador de rosca. El reparador de rosca

debe estar completamente asentado en el adaptador.

Coloque una llave de vaso de 29 mm en el hexágono del adaptador y coloque una

carraca o un mango corredizo.

Gire el reparador de rosca en la dirección de la parte defectuosa de la rosca.
