Stand with one foot on the plate.
Grip the handles and raise your
arms outwards. Lower your
arms in a controlled manner.
Repetitions: 3x10.
Chest
Sit on a soft surface and place
your feet against the plate.
Grip the handles and pull
them toward you and out to
thesides. Release thetension
on theband in a controlled
manner. Repetitions: 3x10.
Biceps
Sit on a soft surface with your
feet placed against the plate
and legs outstretched. Grip
thehandles. Lock your elbows in
close to your sides and lift your
forearms. Release the tension on
the band in a controlled manner.
Repetitions: 3 x 10.
