Raise worksurface to top of vertical adjustment BEFORE removing equipment.

Two people are required to lift this product o the desk.

Do not tip this product on its side or upside down. This product must remain upright at all times.

in this manual. Failure to follow these instructions may result in equipment damage or

personal injury.

Leave enough slack in cable to allow for full range of vertical motion (15” / 38 cm). Failure to

heed this warning may result in property damage and or personal injury.

Keep monitor and laptop base fully on the worksurface. Allowing any part of base or stand to

hang o the edge may result in property damage and or personal injury.

Caution:

Raise worksurface slowly. Raising worksurface too fast may create an unstable situation

resulting in property damage and or personal injury.

Set Your Workstation to Work For YOU!

Height Position top of screen slightly below eye level.

Position keyboard at about elbow height with wrists ﬂat.

Distance Position screen an arm's length from face—at least 20” (508mm).

Position keyboard close enough to create a 90˚angle in elbow.

Angle Tilt screen to eliminate glare.

Tilt the keyboard back 10° so that your wrists remain ﬂat.

To Reduce Fatigue

Breathe - Breathe deeply through your nose.

Blink - Blink often to avoid dry eyes.

Break • 2 to 3 minutes every 20 minutes

• 15 to 20 minutes every 2 hours.
