3. ATTACTING WMZ-630T

1 Place the specimen sample on the objective plate.
(note :try to put the sample on the center of plate )
2 Estimate the working distance you want by your eyes. Working distance is 116mm
(without auxiliary lens detailed specification can be referred in optic specification
form)
3 Focusing hand wheel is adjustable to loosen and tighten. you can adjust it for
comfortable operation by yourself
(a) turn the focusing stop ring counter clockwise, focusing hand wheel is

4. ADJUSTMENT OF STAND

By turning the zoom knob located in either side of the stereomicroscope. The
magnification can be changed continuously over a 1:6.5 zoom ratio. The magnification
can be extended by using different eyepieces or supplementary lenses in various
combinations.
Supplementary lens power x eyepieces power x magnification setting =total
magnification

5. CHANGING THE MAGNIFICATION

1 Set the magnification knob to the lowest power. Place and illuminate a flat
specimen within the field of view. Focus the WMZ-630T stereomicroscope by
adjusting the focusing hand wheel until a sharp image is obtained.
2 Zoom to the highest magnification by turning the zoom knob gradually. Refocus the
WMZ-630T by adjusting the focusing hand wheel until a sharp image is obtained.
The WMZ-630T is capable of scanning of at low magnification and then zooming to
a higher magnification for critical observation without losing focusing.
3 If you want higher or lower magnification, you need to choose different eyepiece or
objective, when you change eyepiece, it is not necessary to refocus WMZ-630T, but
you need to refocus WMZ-630T when you replace the objective.
