Kurbelwellen-/Ausgleichsflansch-Abzieher

VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Der Satz wurde zur Demontage und Montage von Kurbelwellenriemenscheiben und Flansche

konzipiert.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass die örtlichen, allgemeinen Sicherheitsvorschriften, bei der Verwendung

des Werkzeugs, eingehalten werden.

•Diese Bedienungsanleitung dient der allgemeinen Werkzeuginformation. Verwenden Sie immer

fahrzeugspezifische Serviceliteratur, diese enthält Daten, Reparatur- und spezielle

Warnhinweise.

•Benutzen Sie das Werkzeug nicht, wenn Teile beschädigt sind.

•Verwenden Sie dieses Werkzeug nur für Arbeiten, für die es ausgelegt ist.

•Legen Sie das Werkzeug niemals auf die Fahrzeugbatterie. Gefahr von Kurzschluss.

•Tragen Sie bei der Arbeit immer geeignete Kleidung, um ein Hängenbleiben zu vermeiden.

Tragen Sie keine Schmuck und Binden Sie lange Haare zusammen.

•Halten Sie Kinder und andere unbefugte Personen vom Arbeitsbereich fern.

•Ölen Sie die Druckspindel vor jeder Verwendung.

DEMONTAGE

1. Studieren Sie die Abbildung 1 unter diesem Text.

2. Wählen Sie den Gewindeadapter in der richtigen Größe und drehen Sie den Adapter zusammen

mit der Grundplatte, Druckspindel und Bundmutter, wie in der Abb. zu sehen, in die Kurbelwelle.

3. Montieren Sie die Grundplatte so, dass das Drucklager in Richtung abzuziehendes Teil zeigt.

Befestigen Sie die Grundplatte mit 2 oder 3 Schrauben am Kurbelwellenflansch bzw. an der

Ausgleichswelle.

4. Entfernen Sie den Flansch bzw. Welle durch Drehen der Bundmutter. Durch Aufsetzen eines

Schraubenschlüssels auf den 6-kant der Druckspindel kann ein Mitdrehen verhindern werden.

MONTAGE

1. Studieren Sie die Abbildung 2 unter diesem Text.

2. Wählen Sie den Gewindeadapter in der richtigen Größe und drehen Sie den Adapter zusammen

mit der Grundplatte, Druckspindel und Bundmutter, wie in der Abb.2 zu sehen, in die Kurbelwelle.

3. Montieren Sie die Grundplatte so, dass das Drucklager vom abzuziehenden Teil weg zeigt.

Befestigen Sie die Grundplatte mit 2 oder 3 Schrauben am Kurbelwellenflansch bzw. an der

Ausgleichswelle.

4. Montieren Sie den Flansch bzw. Welle durch Drehen der Bundmutter. Durch Aufsetzen eines

Schraubenschlüssels auf den 6-kant der Druckspindel kann ein Mitdrehen der Spindel verhindern

werden.

Crankshaft / Balancer Flange Puller

INTENDED USE

This tool kit allows pulling and installing most harmonic balancer.

SAFETY INFORMATIONS

•Make sure that all common safety regulations on site are followed.

•This Manual is just short information. Always consult specific servicing handbooks for they

contain specific data and further maintenance and safety advice.

•DO NOT USE this tool when damaged (or parts of it are damaged).

•Only to use for recommended applications.

•Never lay this tool on your vehicle’s battery: risk of short circuit.

•Always wear appropriate clothing during work to avoid hair, loose jewelry or clothing caught up

in moving parts. Do not wear jewelry at all and contain long hair.

•Keep children and unauthorized bystanders away from work area.

•The threads should be lubricated prior to each use.

REMOVING

1. Study the figure 1 under this text.

2. Select the threaded adaptor stud of the correct size and tighten it into the crankshaft as shown

along with the spindle and the flanged nut mounted on the spindle in the position shown.

3. Then mount the puller plate onto the spindle with the thrust bearing facing toward the crankshaft.

4. Insert two or three bolts as needed in the crankshaft flange or balancer.

5. Remove the balancer by turning the flanged nut. To prevent the spindle from turning, use a

wrench to hold the spindle hex.

INSTALLING

1. Study the figure 2 under this text.

2. Select the threaded adapter stud of the correct size, and tighten it into the crankshaft as shown,

along with the Spindle and the flanged nut mounted on the puller shaft in the position shown.

3. Then mount the puller plate onto the spindle with the thrust bearing facing away from the

crankshaft.

4. Install the balancer by turning the flanged nut.

5. To prevent the spindle from turning, use a wrench to hold the spindle hex.

Extracteur de moyeu et d'arbre de différentiel

USAGE

Le kit a été conçu pour le démontage et le montage des arbres d’équilibrage et des brides.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

•Veillez à respecter toutes les dispositions locales générales de sécurité en utilisant l’outil.

•Ces instructions de travail sont de nature générale. Utilisez toujours le manuel spécifique du

véhicule contenant les informations relatives aux spécifications, réparations et avertissements

particulières.

•Cet outil NE DOIT PAS ÊTRE UTILISÉ si des pièces sont endommagées.

•N’utilisez l’outil que pour les travaux pour lesquels il a été conçu.

•Ne posez jamais l’outil sur la batterie du véhicule. Risque de court-circuit.

•Portez toujours des vêtements adaptés au travail afin d’écarter le risque de vous accrocher. Ne

portez par de bijoux et attachez vos cheveux s’ils sont longs.

•Maintenez à l’écart les enfants et toutes les autres personnes non autorisées de la zone de

travail.

•Lubrifiez la broche de pression avant chaque utilisation.

DÉMONTAGE

1. Étudiez la figure 1 sous ce texte.

2. Sélectionnez l’adaptateur fileté de la taille appropriée et tournez l’adaptateur, ensemble avec la

plaque de base, la broche de pression et l’écrou de collier, comme illustré, dans le vilebrequin.

3. Montez la plaque de base de sorte que le roulement de pression soit dirigé vers le composant à

extraire.

4. Fixez la plaque de base à la bride du vilebrequin ou à l’arbre d’équilibrage à l’aide de 2 ou 3 vis.

5. Retirez la bride ou l’arbre entournant l’écrou de collier. En plaçant une clé sur l’hexagone de la

broche de pression, il est possible d’empêcher la rotation de l’ensemble.

MONTAGE

1. Étudiez la figure 2 sous ce texte.

2. Sélectionnez l’adaptateur fileté de la taille appropriée et tournez l’adaptateur, ensemble avec la

plaque de base, la broche de pression et l’écrou de collier, comme illustré, dans le vilebrequin.

3. Montez la plaque de base de sorte que le roulement de pression soit dirigé vers le côté opposé

du composant à extraire.

4. Fixez la plaque de base à la bride du vilebrequin ou à l’arbre d’équilibrage à l’aide de 2 ou 3 vis.

5. Montez la bride ou l’arbre en tournant l’écrou de collier. En plaçant une clé sur l’hexagone de la

broche de pression, il est possible d’empêcher la rotation de la broche.

Juego de extracción/instalación de poleas de cigüeñal

USO PREVISTO

El juego ha sido diseñado para el desmontaje y montaje de ejes equilibradores y bridas.

INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD

•Asegúrese de que durante la utilización de la herramienta se respeten las normas generales de

seguridad locales.

•Este manual contribuye a la información general sobre las herramientas. Utilice siempre la

documentación de servicio específica del vehículo, ésta contiene datos, indicaciones de

reparación y advertencia especiales.

•NO utilice la herramienta si hay piezas dañadas.

•Utilice esta herramienta sólo para los trabajos para los que está diseñada.

•Nunca deposite la herramienta sobre la batería del vehículo. Peligro de cortocircuito.

•Siempre use ropa adecuada en el trabajo, a fin de evitar un atrapamiento. No lleve puesta

ninguna joya y recójase los cabellos largos.

•Mantenga a los niños y otras personas no autorizadas lejos del área de trabajo.

DESMONTAJE

1. Estudie la Figura 1 debajo de este texto.

2. Elija el adaptador de rosca del tamaño adecuado y gire el adaptador junto con la placabase, el

husillo de presión y la tuerca de asentamiento, como se muestra en la figura, hacía el cigüeñal.

3. Monte la placabase de manera que el cojinete de empuje apunte hacia la pieza que se va a

extraer.

4. Fije la placa base a la brida del cigüeñal o al eje equilibrador con 2 o 3 tornillos.

5. Retire la brida o el eje girando la tuerca de asentamiento. Colocando una llave en el hexágono

del husillo de presión, se puede evitar una rotación conjunta.

MONTAGE

1. Estudie la Figura 2 debajo de este texto.

2. Elija el adaptador de rosca del tamaño adecuado y gire el adaptador junto con la placabase, el

husillo de presión y la tuerca de asentamiento, como se muestra en la figura, hacía el cigüeñal.

va a extraer.
